●      Order Confirmation: Once you've placed your order, we'll send you an email to say, "Got it!" This email is just us confirming we received your request.

●      When the Deal's Done: The real contract (the official "you bought it!" moment) happens when we send you a shipping confirmation email, letting you know your rum is on its way.

●      Our Right to Say "No Thanks": Sometimes, very rarely, we might have to decline an order. Maybe we're out of stock, or there's an age verification hiccup. If that happens, we'll let you know why and refund your money, no fuss.

For Our Trade Customers (Buying for Your Business!):

●      If you're a trade customer, you'll likely have a specific account with us. Your orders might have minimums or special pricing.

●      These general T&Cs apply to you too, but any specific agreements we've made for your trade account will take priority. We'll make sure that's all clear when you set up your trade relationship with us!

We accept all the usual suspects for payment – major credit/debit cards, and sometimes other secure online payment methods. All payments are processed securely, so your details are safe with us. We won't ship your rum until payment's gone through, naturally!

We're all about getting your Black Bee Rum to your doorstep safely and soundly. We'll do our best to get it to you quickly, usually within [Number] business days from dispatch for standard delivery.
